What if the dress does not fit?
We will allow you to select another available dress in the same price category and it will be sent to you on rush delivery at no extra cost. Please make use of our Whatsapp line should this happen and be aware of time frames. We will need to receive a notice of shipment before releasing the new piece. The new piece is subject to the same dates as well as t&c’s as the previous piece.
What if I accidentally damage or stain the rental?
Please contact us with images of the damage. If the damage is irreparable a fee will be requested. This fee is the rental cost. This is agreed to upon rental of the dress by agreeing to the terms and conditions. The rental must still be sent back to Call Me Danny.
Can I extend my dress rental period?
Yes absolutely! You can send us an email or Whatsapp and be charged a further R50 for each day that surpasses the original return date.
